"Takeo, your thinking is too paranoid. I've already joined the ANBU, and I even recommended Itachi to the Hokage, and he agreed. This proves that Konoha Council has begun to accept us Uchiha."

"You have to believe me, the relationship between the Uchiha clan and Konoha will only get better. Wasn't this our shared goal from the start?"

"You joined the Police Force to lead the Uchiha clan toward a better life and to ease relations between our clan and the village. Meanwhile, I'm leading the Uchiha to integrate into the higher ranks of Konoha through the ANBU."

"So please, trust me. I will make sure the Hokage and Konoha fully recognize and accept the Uchiha clan."

Shisui spoke emotionally, looking earnestly at the young man.

"Shisui, it's not that I don't trust you. It's just that the village can no longer tolerate clan. Ever since the Nine-Tails incident, the village has lost faith in us. They pushed us into the outskirts of the village, stripped away our resources bit by bit, and Fugaku-sama's endless compromises have only emboldened Konoha to be more reckless, reducing the our influence further and further."

And in recent years, our mission death rate has even surpassed that of the Third Great Ninja War. It's clear that the leadership is deliberately trying to weaken us."

"If I hadn't been using my position as Deputy Head of the Police Force to provide financial support to the families of the fallen, many clansmen would have already clashed violently with the village. Right now, including genin, there are only about 600 Uchiha ninjas left."

Takeo spoke bitterly, recalling how Fugaku, as clan head, had done nothing. Whenever a conflict arose between the clan and the ANBU or Root, he would always act as a peacemaker, and always forced his own people to back down.

In the end, it was always Takeo who had to clean up the mess, spending money to compensate the clansmen.

"Don't worry, Shisui. I won't support the clan in launching a coup, nor will I lead them into direct conflict with the council. I grew up here too. I have feelings for this place. I'm doing my best to calm our clansmen. I won't let them act recklessly."

Takeo noticed the troubled look on Shisui's face and understood he was hurting too. Unlike Itachi, who was obsessed with the village to the point of abandoning the clan, he truly cared for the Uchiha. He just didn't want the clan to come into conflict with Konoha, and had been working hard to help it integrate into the village.

"Alright, I believe that under your leadership, we will surely thrive. I'll keep working hard too." Hearing Takeo's words, Shisui's expression relaxed considerably.

"Let's head back. We'll deal with future matters later. You just got back from a mission. Come on, come with me. Recently a new top-tier masseuse started at one of the Uchiha's massage parlors. She's excellent and beautiful. Today, to celebrate my appointment as Vice Leader, I'm treating you. Let's go have a good time and relax."

Without giving Shisui a chance to respond, Takeo slung an arm around him and dragged him toward the parlor.

Nineteen years had passed since he crossed over.

He remembered waking up after a car accident, only to find that he had been reincarnated into the Uchiha clan as an orphan.

At age six, he awakened his system, along with a newbie gift pack containing three Multiverse Lottery Tickets.

He used two of them and drew five Senzu Beans and the mystical weapon Blade of the Ruined King, choosing to keep one ticket in reserve for emergencies.

Later, he and Shisui participated in the Third Great Ninja War, fighting against Kiri. Because of the Blade of the Ruined King's strange appearance, combined with the weapon's corrupting mist that drained life essence from enemies, it gave off an eerie, chilling aura.

With Takeo's blood-red Sharingan and the Body Flicker Technique that Shisui had taught him on the battlefield, he earned the nickname "Ghost of the Shinobi World."

After the war ended and they returned to Konoha, his stellar military achievements earned him the position of Deputy Head of the Police Force.

After entering the upper ranks of the clan, he initially hoped to ease tensions between the Uchiha and Konoha. He proposed that the clan establish businesses, both to boost the clan's income and to help solve the employment problem for both Uchiha civilians and the village at large.

He shared ideas from his previous life, like opening karaoke lounges he used to visit in Japana, hot spring hotels, massage parlors, and even forming boy bands and girl groups. When he approached the Uchiha higher up with these ideas, they immediately agreed without hesitation, they also hoped to give the civilian Uchiha something productive to do. So, they pooled startup funds together.

Unexpectedly, after a few years of development, these industries grew and expanded throughout the entire shinobi world.

It made sense, after all, in the shinobi world, there were very few entertainment facilities. Plus, while many civilian Uchiha hadn't awakened their Sharingan, they still inherited the clan's good looks. With the help of appearance-obsessed customers, it was almost impossible not to thrive.

As a result, the Uchiha clan made a fortune.

Takeo's influence within the clan grew to the point that it even overshadowed Fugaku.

This made Takeo completely give up on trying to mend relations. Thus, he began pushing hard to complete his system tasks: securing the position of Vice Leader of the Uchiha clan to strengthen his own power.

If he hadn't been so young, many of the hardliner faction would have already forced Fugaku to step down and elected him as Clan Leader instead. After all, he was both brave and wise, led the clan to prosperity, and possessed strong personal power, exactly the kind of leader they wanted.

But Takeo knew that wasn't possible. If he openly competed for Clan Leader, the Third Hokage would certainly intervene. After all, the Hokage preferred a compliant, non-troublesome Uchiha leader, someone easier to control.

Takeo himself wasn't interested in that. All he cared about was completing his system missions. Feeling excited, he opened the system space. This was the first mission he had ever completed, a mission he had spent over ten years working toward.

He had wanted to buy the Viego card when he got the Blade of the Ruined King before, but the million-point price tag had scared him off.

Mythic Tier meant he could use Nocturne's ultimate ability: Paranoia.

This move shrouded the battlefield in darkness, cutting off enemies' vision and allowing him to strike from anywhere, summoning shadow blades that would assist in his attacks, far more terrifying and devastating than any genjutsu the Uchiha could currently produce!

Plus, the card could be possessed, meaning he could directly boost his own strength, which he desperately needed. His Duskbringer ability would create trails of shadow that enhanced Takeo's movement speed and damaged enemies, perfect for the battlefield.

Then he noticed the Multiverse Travel Card. This solved a huge problem. Itachi had now entered the ANBU, the "Night of the Uchiha Massacre" was approaching.

Originally, his plan was to sneak the Uchiha clan members out of the Land of Fire and hide in some remote place to develop quietly. After all, if he couldn't win, he could at least run.

But now, with this card, he could take the clansmen directly into the One Piece world! The people there had ridiculously strong physical bodies. Thinking of characters like Garp and Luffy, Takeo couldn't help but marvel at their sheer physical prowess.

No matter how badly they were injured, they just needed a meal and a good sleep to bounce back the next day like nothing happened.

Compared to that, the physical strength of Naruto characters seemed weak and fragile. Plus, the travel card was reusable, meaning he could travel back and forth between Naruto and One Piece Worlds.
