This is actually the 1/3 intended story intro sequence.
My plan for the full intro is as follows:
Short control and mechanic introduction, in the house.

To be honest, this is blatantly undone, but I felt like I needed to post progress. Still counts, right? It's not midnight yet. Everywhere.
The last transformation scene isn't ready yet, hence the intro ends in a softlock. If you follow my pixiv, it's the "Slime TSF" scene. Felt appropriate as it's the most viewed/liked one. As much as I wanted to have it ready before October ends, it's not realistic.
I'm aware there are some depth inconsistencies with doors, when Rin is around. Until I figure out a good solution, this is my best effort to solve it. Most likely will have to stay that way until I start working on areas that need vegetation and trees.
Rin, or other NPC can now follow you. I'm actually very happy with how it turned out for once. This also solves a lot of dread for me on how to handle NPC events in future.
This is very light on lewd content at the moment. I do want this to be a slow burn. Interesting things become boring when there is no sense of normalicy.
Either way, reconstruction machine is in this, and is there for story reasons.

Some real world area I'm working on (a.png, b.png, c.png). The idea is to visit them between dreams, to work, shop, hang out with NPCs. I think none of the weird things matter if there's nobody to acknowledge them.
Honestly, this seems to be slowly turning into a life sim direction.
The main character will always start of male, then turn female, which leads into searching for a way to turn back.
I do intend to add a female character start, but that will be free play, with all story content cut out. Sadly, I'm starting to see how unrealistic my initial scope was, and I need to cut corners even more.
Now for some bad news:
I have abandoned the demo area at this point. It's become too difficult to maintain as mechanics are changing for multiple room reliant scenarios. I can't afford to do double work. I also think that some of tilesets I used back then are subpar and would rather get rid of them.
I have left room to expand the intro area down into the south-east, in case I need to make another demo, or spice up the beginning. It actually would work quite well, because none of the changes would have a lasting affect due to the plot sequence.
