I enjoyed creating my first meditation audio last month and it seems like many of you enjoyed it too. So I'm back with another.
I recommend listening when you have 10 minutes of quiet alone time.
(There is an additional 4 or 5 minutes of continuing music at the end for those who want to prolong the relaxation or perhaps drift off to sleep.)
NOTE!! - Don't listen to this while driving or operating heavy machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention!!
