Vira has been dormant a while like Zeta, but unlike Zeta, I always liked Vira's design and didn't think she needed much else to be interesting again.
That's why with this "redesign", I only added subtle things to improve her design, like blue bulbs on the sides of her cheeks and glowing fingertips.
(As well as giving her the ability to make tentacles, handy for future stuff.)
As for Captain Physon, she was a character I designed ages ago to be a Zeta support character, but never debuted. (And somehow lost the art I did draw of her when I moved to a new computer.)
