Harley Quinn might be a character that gets a bad rep these days, but I love her original The Animated Series design and character so much. It's proof that a sexy design doesn't need to show skin to be attractive. (Even if she shows some skin in some of the alts!)
Speaking of alts, I went a bit crazy with this one.
