Added 2022-08-18 23:21:23 +0000 UTCDon't know why Otis popped recently on my mind, and I believe it's a underappreciated character for expanding. Might have to do with the bizarre design choice to make him male and have udders, but to me that's hilarious.
Anyways, here he is. a bit chunkier than usual. Honestly curious, would you like to see a bit more of him in the future from me?
