I think it's not a secret that Lemon doesn't really like Seth from the moment she meets him because she just has the gut feeling that there's something about Seth that seems distrustful...
And Seth's not an idiot, he does know that Lem doesn't like him, and probably takes joy in knowing it's irritating her with his presence XD
Also, in Lemon's defense, what the readers know about Seth, Lem doesn't know; all she knows about him is his presence during their time with friends together, so all she knows is he is basically annoying, wants to corrupt Aaron, tells lies, acts and owns a shady business.
