I'm probably the one guy who finds Schlatt's occasional economics/financial discussion interesting so I get you on that level and I don't mind hearing other people's opinions. It's just there's been enough times when they've touted an opinion as fact or been preachy with their opinions and when it comes to politics that shit makes my blood boil because it feels like a misuse of their position of influence, especially when someone's not qualified to say such things.

2023-01-13 04:47:50 +0000 UTCidk man i just like politics maybe it’s the autism and maybe it’s not appropriate to ask people but i find it very interesting. and it’s not that i necessarily want them to talk about topics and stuff that’s happening or even be educated bc i can have a laugh when they’re wrong about things. i just think a little lighthearted quiz taking to see what all their differences are would be fascinating. could see how it probably wouldn’t go down too well since most people these days can’t handle opinions that differ from theirs. sorry for the long reply

Genuinely why do you want to hear what some unedcated-on-the-topic 20-year olds think about the world and how it should be run? Personally, I listen to this podcast because it's funny and when they're educated on a topic (e.g. religion) it's interesting. Not trying to sound rhetorical by asking, I'm actually curious.
