Thank you! I think I got the idea from somewhere, but I'm not sure where. I think it's a mixture of 'The Brain that wouldn't die' and Glados from the portal series. Also, robot girls are prevalent in anime, so there's that as well.

Something about the disembodied torso in the dead center of the image really sells the predicament bondage feeling. Another one of my favorites
