3:30 - Ed coming in with the "How do you do, fellow kids?" Literally, that's the exact outfit from the bit, just without "Music/Band" on the shirt.
23:32 - That's one of those things that were coming through the portal at the beginning of the episode.

My heart breaks every time I see Jentry crying in the fetal position, surrounded by fire in this episode. We all remember when we were teens and sometimes we’d get so overwhelmed by our emotions that it feels like the whole world is burning around us.

In the US, train stations that have been converted to other uses are kinda common. The old Pasadena Santa Fe station, for instance, was converted into - like here - a restaurant when the Santa Fe was converted into a interurban line. Usually they don't transform them that much - being more likely to play into the train station look. But it happens.

Fake spoilers: Kit is actually a girl that's why there's lesbian colors
There's an unfortunate trend in the US of closing historic train stations and turning them into commercial uses like this, or even demolishing them entirely. In some cities they resumed intercity train service later but now the train station is an ugly building on the outskirts of town while the beautiful old building in the city center is a convention hall or something.
