I loved this episode when it came out until I saw the episode that came out after it. And my fan girl came out in both this episode and the next.

She usually posts at near 9am (PST), and Steven universe is Thursdays and Saturdays, I believe.

If you’ve seen The Good Place, she was Tahani.

I think the reason the VA did an alright job at imitating Scrooge is cuz its Jameela Jamil, and she’s british iirc.
the american accent she does is also pretty good

Of course her name is a homage to Sandra Dee...

Actually, no, Mega Beaks is NOT from the comics, he was created specifically for this episode. It's just a Hulk homage. But I'm glad that you're catching on to the Pattern. 😂

I feel that Mega-Beaks is just a Hulk reference

Interestingly, all the elements Huey lists for the meet-cute also apply to Webby and Lena's first meeting. Make of that what you will.
Gandra's Scottish accent is especially neat because her voice actor, Jameela Jamil, is English and already putting on an American accent to play Gandra in the first place. There's an extra layer of accents.
If it makes you feel any better, every other character in the show also thinks Beaks is an obnoxious prick.
Huey's opera singing is my single favorite gag in the whole show. At some point early in the show's run, someone asked Frank Angones on Tumblr which of the triplets had the best singing voice, and he said it was Huey, but he generally hides it because he knows learning that would be devastating for Dewey, and this episode is the payoff for that. As for where he learned it, back in the Castle McDuck episode, he mentions that the Junior Woodchucks have an orchestra that he plays cello in. Presumably, they also have some sort of vocal music program.
Mega-Beaks is just Beaks giving himself a dumb supervillain name. Beaks in general is a completely new character for the 2017 show. Even the more recent comics up until the actual short run of tie-in comics specifically for the 2017 show were still set in the 1950s, and while the original Ducktales went for a more contemporary setting, it was a 1980s contemporary setting, so the whole tech bro concept that Beaks is a parody of didn't exist yet.
I love that the villains being confused by the protagonists' family structure is a running gag. Magica also commented on it in the season 1 finale, and Glomgold doesn't seem to have noticed that the relatively young adult of the group is now Della instead of Donald.

And Mosco doesn't hear about Launchpad dating another version of himself.
