2024-10-12 19:16:19 +0000 UTCI'm sure someone else has already said this, but the art style in Zerxes's story was the same one used for the mini series where his character originates. He wasn't originally in the Vox Machina campaign. That miniseries, Exandria Unlimited: Calamity didn't happen until years after Campaign 1 was done. Luis Carazo (a friend of the show) created and played Zerxes in that miniseries and now voiced him in the show! I can only recommend you go and check out ExU: Calamity. It's some of the best TTRPG Actual Play out there and at 4 episodes it's a lot less of a time investment than a full campaign.

2024-10-12 17:41:47 +0000 UTCSo the plan is to have 5 seasons total for LoVM. If Amazon signs off on it that is. Which, knowing the campaign, is a pretty good amount. For reference, S1&2 have covered about ep20-60ish from the campaign (the first arc won't be adapted into the show). And there were 115 eps total in the campaign (+3 related oneshots after the fact, which I'd personally be down to see as like some one off specials, or even a movie or two). So theoretically there's about 50 more episodes of material for seasons 3-5.

Makes sense for his fighting style and since his nemesis possesses it. Really enjoying this season so far, and congrats again on the shout out from Matt Mercer himself!

I couldn't figure out an opening play that is guaranteed to exclude at least three red cards... assuming the rules are you can only ask yes or no questions. If you can ask any type of question, ask "how many red cards are to the left of your black card?" and hope they're not smart enough to answer truthfully but vaguely. You were raised Catholic? Watching "Warrior Nun" must have been very confusing for you...
