Also, her little animal friend is named Twig, based on the fact she called him that twice in the episode (and a few people who've presumably already watched the show seem to have confirmed it in the comments).

Much like you, it's been in my queue for a while. It quickly became my favorite thing I was watching. Love the art style, the color scheme, the music, the voice work, the creatures, and the characters. It's so relaxing and cozy! Like a warm beverage and a cozy fire on a brisk autumn day. Twig is the best boi.

There are mysteries and intrigues, and there a few times (season finales, for instance) it's a bit more intense, but mostly it's just gives this pastel "warm cup of tea" vibe. Also, this is one of those where some episodes are more contained and some are more about world building with clues toward the larger story.
