I’d ask for a t-shirt that says “I can’t deal with these useless sapphics” but I’d be called a homophobe unless people watch your stuff.

Well, at least she doesn't jump into a wall of fire never to return, like Catra does...

For as ridiculous as this show gets, I forgot how much this one hurts.
Ivy... isn't wrong. Harley is flighty, prone to impulsive decisions, and just... chaotic. But seeing Harley actually break down is really something. I'm pretty sure the only other time she's broken down in the series was when Ivy "died".

this is definitely one of my favourite eps of the series and ik it by the back of my hand at this point. And as much as the B plot isn't as enjoyable it's there to rly push the narrative that harley and ivy are meant to be together. From shark having to marry someone he actually doesn't want to (like ivy) to kiteman being confused that he had to propose multiple times (he's slowly getting there) and my favourite, clayface and frank clearly indicating to kiteman that they don't think he belongs with ivy especially when he refers to them as soul mates. Your definitely in for a wild ride and there may or may not be a callback to this episode before the finale!

Actually, the Invisible Plane goes clear back to Wonder Woman #1 in 1942... because Golden Age comics were silly too. 🙂

"I wonder how this is gonna go?" (40:40 minutes later) Emotional damage!
Given after one spontenous kiss, Harley enlisted a demon army to conquer the world, what is the proportional response to two one night stands and then being told she doesn't trust you with her heart? What sort of level headed, mature, well thought out decision is Harley going to make next?
"Who put angst in with my gay porn!?"

I love how Ivy's speech patterns change in those 2 big moments, where she's so caught off guard she's at a loss for words and just sputters confused exasperated nonsense phrases.

Harley is canonically bi whereas Ivy's sexuality varies between bi and lesbian depending on the adaptation.
In the comics, Harley and Ivy are polyamorous as well.

The plane's invisible because Wonder Woman(who's Themysciran) has an invisible jet. Because Silver Age comics were silly.

The invisible plane is a reference to wonder woman’s invisible jet who comes the island they are having the bachelorette at
