From the trailer, I always saw Annabeth as taller, the teenage girl who towered over the teenage boys who hadn't had their growth spurt yet. But I can work with this. Technically, he *did* push her in the fountain...he just didn't touch her to do it. Definitely a lot better than the movie, though it's been enough years I don't remember all the details of the books.

2023-12-21 02:54:31 +0000 UTCAssuming you're being serious, Lightning Thief and Sea of Monsters are terrible film adaptations of the first two books in the series (which is officially five long, but has a second five book series as a sequel and a bunch of spinoffs). This is a separate adaptation starting with the first book.

I read these books in high school because I’m an ancient history nerd, and they ended up helping me get an amazing grade in a mythology class!
