Catra get iPad

Verdigree

Bow panic is always hilarious.

SweetCandle

On to episode 11! Time to cry :D

Mizz

In your commentary on episode 9, I was impressed with your remarks about what would happen with Entrapta.

Tabatha Cat

Entrapta continues to be my favorite character. It's odd how even though Catra hates how Shadow Weaver manipulated her and Adora, she still uses the exact same tactic to get Entrapta to help her. Unlike Shadow Weaver, however, I feel like Catra meant most of what she said. She felt abandoned by Adora and empathize with Entrapta. It's just the way she does so that's manipulative.

Why, it says that you have impeccable taste, of course!

The word you’re looking for is neurotypical. And the way I see it, as a fellow autistic person, is that Catra is actually treating Entrapta the same way she would treat anyone else, manipulating them to get what she wants. And in a way, she’s actually treated Entrapta better so far than some of the princesses did.

I'll just add that if your friend (seemingly) died right before your eyes, you might be looking for someone to blame more than rationally considering what happened.

Can't wait for you to watch the next episode, it's probably my favorite from season one. I don't know what that says about me...

Whenever I rewatch She-Ra, I always notice these little characterizations and details that I missed on previous watch-throughs. For example, when Glimmer and Bow apologize to each other, Bow does so wholeheartedly, while Glimmer jokingly adds 'Your apology is wrong and mine is right'. Its an interesting detail that actually tells us more about her character. And of course then Glimmer suggests setting fire to the castle. I love that the glittery, pink color-themed princess is one of the most violence-inclined people in the show. Also, one thing this show does extremely well is parallels. Intentional parallels are everywhere, I don't think there is a single episode that doesn't have them. In this episode, the most prominent parallel is the way Queen Angella treats Glimmer, contrasted with the way Shadow Weaver treats Catra.

Glimmer is a little arsonist 😅 Bow: "SWORD SAFETY!" his voice cracks i can't 😂🤣

OH NO ;.; Hamish is read...

NEUROTYPICAL THATS IT

Mosco Moon

But then they'd still have lost Glimmer... so it still doesn't quite fit in my eyes. Adora would have gone alone and theyd also have fully lost She-ra too. But its fine I don't need to fully understand the motive to just enjoy the show

I know it's the accent (Scottish Rs are very different from American), but to my ears, it sounds like you're saying noodle-divergent and I love it.

SweetCandle

It's an objectively amazing soundtrack, both in its use here, and in the way it gets meaningfully reincorporated in later episodes.

J. Jenny Jameson

You realize, of course, that you and Morgan and Elijah need to cosplay the BFS now. IT'S A MORAL IMPERATIVE.

I think what they mean by "this happened because we were all together" is that they wouldn't have tried to infiltrate the Fright Zone in the first place if they hadn't reformed the Alliance. Also might be worth mentioning that while Catra is being a bit manipulative, she doesn't know that the others think Entrapta is dead so from her perspective they really did leave her behind.

Rufus May

Soooooo fair warning, I've seen the next episode "Promise" like 10 times, and I still cry at just the soundtrack.

Oscar Rich

Neurotypical is the word for people who aren't neurodivergent.
