Please use the latest version Photoshop to open the PSD file, also it may caused by problem in downloading, try download it again. The videos are in avi format, QuickTime don't support this format, most other media player support it, try use VLC Media Player

2021-08-02 07:25:57 +0000 UTCHey guys, I am having a lot of problems downloading the videos and the files. Mine keeps saying the PSD files are corrupt. And I can't watch the videos on QuickTime. Please if anyone has a solution to this problem can you share. I tried to convert the .avi into MOV, but that only worked for the SkyDream, and not the DressingRoom.
