A little more info...

Last night at 10pm UK time I got a call from my cousin that none of us want to get. My brother on my dad's side, took his own life. He jumped in front of a train at the local train station.
I rushed to be with my dad and his wife and my other brother, the younger of the two.
Mental health isn't spoken about often, especially for men and young boys. I know most of my audience is male, so when I feel ready I plan on doing a video talking about it.
If anyone of you is suffering, please reach out to someone, anyone. Family or friends, if you can't there's a useful list of resources below. Please don't suffer alone.
