She sits up top with the angelic statues where she is from, her domain, but her attention is set below despite being from that blessed place. Why? Her sorrow is for the sad state of mankind below, the endless wars and suffering. It's twofold beauty, she is inwardly shown to be in this photo just as much as the obvious outward beauty.
