For those having Android and having issues to find right app, for me app called "Live Backgrounds & Lockscreen - LiveWall" worked. It's however all about your phone, if it supports .mp4 as live wallpaper and if you can even have live wallpaper, also depends if you have integrated lockscreen or no. For myself I had to turn on dev settings and turn lockscreen off hard. Otherwise I would have two lockscreens. And I tried alot of apps, only this worked (I have Xiaomi Mi5). Hope this helps!

Please DO NOT publish the wallpaper on steam workshop as they are Patron-only content. iPhone: recommend “IntoLive” in App store. iPad: The official system do not support live photo as lock screen wallpaper, you need jailbreak (not recommend) Android: A lot apps can do this, please search keyword like “lock screen, live wallpaper” to find the apps that compatible with your device.
