Back from the grave.
Refusing to stay in there.
It's been a minute. I took some time off these past 2ish months. Went on a lil trip. Played some games. You know. A break.
Did some of the usual. Working, writing, drawing, etc, etc.
But mostly took some time off. I want to really buckle down this next few months and spend some serious time on the game. Try to get this thing finished before the heat death of the universe.
I was struggling with a very specific moment in the game. Wasn't sure how to make it connect cleanly. But in hindsight the solution was pretty obvious. Turns out taking breaks can be productive.
For those keeping up with the news, I don't have much to say about the Itch/Steam censorship. If anything I'm surprised it took this long. Realistically speaking it doesn't affect me a whole lot. It sucks in general but what can you expect from a society that shields and protects actual child traffickers and abusers.
It is what it is. If anything it's an even bigger reason to finish this and get it on steam. Hopefully Steam won't bend over the same way.
