I'm kind of with the set snake transformation. The hooded Cobra commander is secretly a set worshiper and is experimenting with snake transformation.

Set Snake Transformation - The Egyptian god Set transforms Scarlet and the Baroness into giant snakes. Sexathon - Everyone has their price, so Cobra puts on a telethon to raise enough money to hire Scarlet to have sex with Baroness (and/or Lady Jaye). Their goal is to undermine confidence in law enforcement and G.I. Joe and make the people of the world lose faith in their heroes. The Sexathon's 'entertainment' includes sexually torturing members of G.I. Joe.
