I love how they are opening up to each other. Elise has obviously had a lot longer to come to terms with her loss, but she's still willing to share that vulnerability with Tricia. It goes a long way to put them on the same level, despite their different ages and positions. And Trish has shown how hard it is to talk about her mom before, but here she's able to look at the good feelings she had and to share those with Elise. It shows how much she trusts her.
