Looking towards the source of the sound they saw Yuki crouching with his hand on the ground with sealing formations expanding everywhere with his hand as the centre, a big cloud of smoke appeared after that and when it cleared dozens of falcons appeared surrounding Yuki and looking at the rest of them with wary eyes.

But before long the falcons seemed to relax as if they had intelligence and realized that they were not enemies.

'Summoning jutsu!' Thought aizen as he looked at the falcons

Seeing this scene the Sōsuke clansmen also relaxed, some because they knew Yuki summons from before, and others because they realized what it was.

Taking out a storage scroll Yuki unfolded it and in another poof of smoke a stack of papers and ink appeared in front of him, sitting on the ground he started to quickly write in them.

'He must be sending information to other squads about our encounter so they don't fall for the trap.' thought aizen as he watched him write.

Before long he was done writing, he rolled the pieces of paper and gave one to each bird, which strangely they didn't hold it with their fret or with their beak as some might expect, they instead swallowed it directly before taking off flying.

When he was done with that he stored the ink back into the storage scroll before he too collapsed on his back.

Just like everyone here he was also tired but unlike them, he as the captain still had responsibilities to fulfil but now that he was done with them he couldn't help it anymore.

They all just rested like that for a while with no one making a move.

And during that period although aizen also seemed to be resting his brain was working on overdrive to come up with an excuse for what he just did, 'I can't possibly just tell them that it's a normal body flicker jutsu but for me, it works differently right?.' he thought.

'But I also can't come up with an excuse like I awakened a bloodline limit as the chances of that happening are close to impossible with the history of the Sōsuke clan.' he thought, remembering how the Sōsuke clan don't have a bloodline limit and also never had an individual with bloodline limit.

He could risk it and go with that excuse as there was a first time to everything but it had a high risk to it.

'Sigh, there isn't really a good explanation for it, I'll just go with the first excuse and figure it out as I go.'

And so when they were all rested and Yuki headed towards him with all eyes on them he knew what to say.

He told him that when he faced that first enemy and moments before the kunai pierced his neck he instinctively used the only jutsu he knew that could give him a speed boost in that situation.

But when he used it, it seemed different from the past he could react to things faster as if he has heightened perception.

That's the story he went with and he didn't mention anything about the semi-frozen time state he entered when he used the jutsu.

Hearing his explanation Yuki frowned before saying which sounded more like an order, "Why don't you Try using it right now before we set off."

And so Aizen complied, making the hand sign for the body flicker technique the world slowed down in his eyes, but, faster than he could react to it a hand appeared out of nowhere and grasped him by the shoulder.

This here startled him and almost scared him sh*tless, because nobody really knows how broken his body flicker jutsu is better than him, and to be able to grab him while he is in it without him being able to react it's just unbelievable.

Just that alone brought him back to reality, destroying any overconfidence he might have built from the battle just now.

Even though Aizen wasn't really a kid or an idiot but no matter who it was, if they had a power like that it was bound that they'll get overconfident and careless.

Looking at whose hand it was he saw it was Yuki's which wasn't much of a surprise to him anyhow as it didn't take a genius to figure that out.

Maybe that was Yuki's original intention, to make sure he wasn't overconfident?

'If that's really the case then I am really grateful.' thought Aizen with a solemn look on his face.

'But that speed,... He's at least kage level. I need to remember him and be careful around him .' thought aizen, as much as he was grateful for the guy he was also wary, even though he knew there was no need for it, but he couldn't help it, it was a habit he developed in his past life as a soldier to be wary of anything that could threaten him.


By now he was already out of the body flicker jutsu state as he could only hold it for a few seconds before his body started aching and the small amount of chakra he recovered was almost consumed again.

"hmm, alright that's enough, we will rest for a bit more and recover our energy before we give a proper funeral to our dead and go back to the headquarters." said Yuki while looking at everyone.

After they rested enough to recover some of their energy, Aizen along with his squad went around the torn battlefield picking their dead clansmen and lining them up on the ground, it took a while because due to the enemy sinister plan some of them weren't in one piece.

And also because of the same sinister plan they didn't have any injured comrades, as those who were unfortunate enough to get injured couldn't make it out of the blast radius and were caught in the explosion dying instantly.

But nonetheless, after some time they were done as they stood there Yuki made some hand signs and before long the ground started to shake a little and slowly those bodies started sinking until they completely disappeared underground.

'This would have been a good jutsu to use in Battle if not for its slow effects.' Thought Aizen regretfully.

After they were done Yuki gave them one last look checking everyone closely before shouting, "ALRIGHT LET'S GO."
