Don't worry, herm will still be a thing in the next update so you will have choices for both scenes if you win and get a random lose scene if you lose.
There will be new scenes for all not dungeon enemies to have a bit of change while fighting, and those can also all be seen as herm.
Like I said don't worry herm lovers it doesn't mean it wont happen, it will just happen later ^^.
