To answer your questions without spoilers: The flowers on their chests are the squad emblem, each 13 court guard squad has a flower that represents the squad's beliefs. This is very quickly mentioned by the guy that accuses Ishida and Orihime of pretending to be disguised as the wrong squad in the Soul Society arc before they encounter Captain Mayuri. Toshiro Hitsugaya and Rangiku Matsumoto have the same flower because they're from the same squad. Also we know at this point in the story Tosen is not an Espada because the Espada and Arrancars all were hollows originally and had the hogyokyu used on them. We know Tosen from the Soul Society Arc and his 3 milisecond backstory during his Kenpachi fight that he wasn't originally a hollow so he's just a defected soul reaper right now. As for Ururu and Jinta all we know right now is that they live in Urahara's house and that he employs them in child labor, they're sleeping at his house in this episode so we know they don't live elsewhere. As for your question with hollow classes, from what we know currently above the hollows are Menos Grande. Imagine Hollows is an umbrella and under it is Menos Grande and weaker hollows. The Menos Grande is also an umbrella and under it is Gillian, Adjuchas, and Vasto Lorde, from weakest to strongest. Gillian is the pointy nose usopp thing Ichigo fought in the first arc, Adjuchas is what Ishida fought without his powers, and Vasto Lorde is another umbrella. Under the Vasto Lorde umbrella is Vasto Lorde that haven't had the hogyokyu used on them (we've only seen a silhouette of this), Arrancars (which 'implied by hitsugaya' are vasto lorde that have had the hogyokyu used on them), and the Espada which from these episodes we learn are Aizen's 10 strongest Arrancars. The hollow hierarchy is pretty confusing so if you only remember 1 thing about it remember that all Espada are Arrancars and all Arrancars were Hollows, if a Soul Reaper gets Hollow powers they're a Visored which is not an Arrancar.

You have great reading/watching comprehension i'm serious but sometimes if a lot happens you forget some things I think cause you're watching rapid fire instead of waiting a week between. So if you have the recaps I feel like it would help you remember names and stuff.
