I mean... sure. If you think about things at the simplest level possible it could be narrowed down to Kanjuro. I think Jack's theories were a better analysis than what you just said because he understood that the devil fruit could have been a red herring. Literally anything could be a red herring, and there was no actual proof of who it was. It was impossible to fully dismiss anyone because they fully played the character and were willing to die playing that character. The bird is actually super clever by Oda, because we assume that Kanjuro can't draw a bird that looks so good so we would not make that connection until later. It's easy to say it was obvious in retrospect. I actually think that Raizo was more suspicious than Kanjuro, personally. He also has a DF, and Kanjuro contributed way more to helping Kozuki than Raizo did honestly because he was travelling directly with Momonosuke as Jack said.

Kinemon and everyone that traveled through time didn't spend the 20 years like hiyori and kawamatsu. So from oden's death to punk hazard, dressrosa, zou, the detour to wci, then finally to wano I believe they said it was only a few months in real time for kinemon and the others. And on top of that they had to see they're country literally get flipped upside down from what they remember and see their friends age 20 years. Brutal. Momo is realistically supposed to be older than luffy which is weird af to think about lol.

I think both cat and dog can be ruled out though. In the flashback where the spy's parents are killed, the killers say they're part of the clan of Daimyo killers. So unless one of the mink's was in the Kurozumi clan, it can't be them.

Well like he mentioned, even if it is a man with a devil fruit, he could have hidden the ability. Saying that it could be Inuarashi or Nekomamushi as they already fought against each other that one of them could have eaten a devil fruit that we never knew of since he never used it. Not a stupid assumption by Jack. Kiku on the other hand, yeah...

If you play it on devil fruit alone and them being a man then its just Kinemon or Kanjuro. And we all know who looks more suspicious xD so yeah Kanjuro was obvious. and before you attack me he already knows cause he is on episode 1000 at this point. But i didn’t notice the bird as a sign first either but now i was like oh yeah. Oda kept it a good secret though.

Oden's story is beautifuly tragic. And so true that it resembles a play! Really the whole Wano Arc gives off the feel of a great Japanese tale being played out. Lol watching Jack trying to figure out the spy was painful to watch, but it left me feeling giddy for the reveal. 🤭
