2024-10-10 06:57:56 +0000 UTCWhat is incredible to all of this fight in particular is that Katakuri is like 48-50 years old or so, and Luffy is quickly catching up what Katakuri had honed all those decades, in just a couple of hours. Of course he's intrigued by Luffy. It's as if Koby would spare with Garp for a day and by the end of it they are on equal footing, which is just insane!

The complete respect between these two MEN, and the absolute disrespect they give Flampe by calling her a fodder pretty much and knocking her out with a haki clash will never get old. This is the moment we begin to see Luffy as not just any old pirate, but a top tier fighter who grows exponentially through the harshest of battles.
