Callum (ie) the player could give her a gift to celebrate the elven festival of life. Rayla gets embarrassed and worked up, before awkwardly explaining the full elven custom; when receiving such a gift means they want you to bear their child. Was thinking with the birth of triplets we could go for a long birth, switching from various birthing poses.

XD Thought it be funny to have an exhausted Waifu joke about triplets before tensing up with a complete "oh shit!" look on her face and she realizes that is exactly what's happening.
