Right when she thinks things couldn't get any worse, her water breaks and will have to give birth alone.

I actually had the idea that we could use kefla for this, from DBZ super. She (like all opponents) love to monologue and talk, and plus I think it would be kinda hot to have two female voices talking at the same time about how they are swelling up and going into labor!
