Granted if it's Mipha, Ruto (or both? ;3 Void, might as well add Lulu from Majoras Mask into the mix even though she's basically Ruto from an alternate world) I don't see why it wouldn't take place either in Zoras domain, or a heavy water themed location, blue lighting, a waterfall, some coral etc.
