Because it might be good to have some disabled representation where the disability is not the focus of the material. After all people do not cease to be sexual beings when they are or become disabled. By the way there’s nothing wrong with disabled centric material. Considering our fetish we would not be judge mental.

Uhh... Iirc one of the girls in zombie land saga is a redhead, Miia from monster musume, Shirou is a redhead and I'm pretty sure there's a female version of him floating around somewhere, I think that like three of the girls in castlevania are redheads, at the very least Sypha is in the anime adaptation. I could prolly find more but this is gettin' rambly now.
