Creating a basis for new emotions system. The previous experience showed:

  1. Inputting emotions is a very long and tedious task.
  2. Not all combinations and not even all the elements are used.
  3. For the most part, players to not pay enough attention to emotions to justify the extensive amount of time spent on them.

Therefore, we have decided on a new approach:

  1. Maximum automatization (simple cyclical algorithm).
  2. Creating a “minimum” set, distributed by the frequency of use.
  3. Decided not to avoid the preset type of realisation.

For the moment, I am creating, so called “rose of emotions”, that would allow for simple way to input emotions, and will avoid over usage of a single set, and will also allow for quick match between text and appropriate emotions. For the moment, the following two tables are in usage: eyes-mouth (8x8) and eyebrows/blush-tears (8x8). In the future, we plan to shift to a more complicated system. In the coming days, I will finalise the system as it will be used in the near future.

Came back from vacation. Started work on the third act.

Focused on polishing Minerva and her miniatures, created an animation for an important item appearance in the office. Finished with the notice board at the entrance to Hogwarts.

Andy:

Disassembled Ren’Py to its core, studying how the images are created within the engine, managed to finish new engine for character appearance, resulting in average draw time of 2-5 ms against 100 ms of the old system.

Last time we were collecting the statistics on the preferences in chest sizes. Results weren't surprising with an somewhat equal spread across options. This time, let’s focus on something less numerical. What is your favourite part in a woman? What is it that gets you going?

Создаётся базис под новую систему эмоций. Опыт предыдущей вставки показал, что:
1. Эмоции вставляются зверски долго
2. Не все комбинации и даже отдельные параметры используются
3. Большинство не уделяет эмоциям столько внимания, чтобы делать глубокие отыгрыши на фразы.

Всвязи с этим было решено преобразить сам подход, чтобы:
1. Была максимальная автоматизация (простой и цикличный алгоритм)
2. Был выработан минимальный набор, распределённый по частоте использования
3. Решено не бояться использования пресетного типа реализации.

На данный момент создаётся принцип так называемой “Розы эмоций”, который должен позволить расставлять эмоции с лёгкостью, как не сводя всё к одному выражению лица, так и позволяя легко подбирать нужный набор. На данный момент решено свести систему к двум таблицам: глаза-рты (8х8) и брови/смущение-слёзы (8х8). Затем будет сделана уже более сложная система. Ибо не МХАТ. В ближайшие дни распишу это всё дело и подготовлю способ описания пересечений. И розочка готова :3

Занимался правкой Минервы и ее миниатюр, сделал анимацию появления важного сюжетного предмета в кабинете.Закончил доску объявлений на входе в Хогвартс.

Я расковырял ренпи до основания и разобрался таки как он рисует нам графику, написал новый движок сборки персонажа и теперь он рисует персонажа и меняет эмоции за 2-5мс в противовес старым 100! 

ГОЛОСЛОВЕНИЯ

В прошлый раз мы собирали статистику про сиськи. Получилось нормальное распределение. Ничего интересного. А давайте попробуем не статистическое: какие части тела девушек считаете наиболее привлекательными? Скажем так, на что больше шансов быть пойманным?

  1. Сиськи. Какие я люблю. Наткнувшись на эту помеху, взгляд дальше не пойдёт.
  2. Задница. Шобы обтягивало и хотелось укусить. Спереди даму можно не показывать.
  3. Люблю тонкую талию. Приталенные платья заставляют забыть о размерах и думать об обнимашках.
  4. Ножжжки. Короткие юбки способны свести с ума. Даже если всего остального нет.
  5. Волосы и причёска в целом. Блонди, рыжая, косички, чёлка... сразу хочется погладить.
  6. ...Лицо? Если милая мордашка, могу стерпеть даже если из-под юбки будет торчать... как у Дафны.

They say they don't want to release a test version too early, because they think people will hate it for being unpolished and not perfect. But we SPENT 20$ monthly and WE ARE AWARE that you will give us at least the latest bugged and unfinished test version of the game. We want to try it, we want to have it unpolished and with bugs and errors. We patreons don't care about that. We feel ripped off! Just release the god damn next version this month. We pay 20$ because we thought we get a test version like 1x per month. So we can give feedback to you, like: yes i had the exact same bug here and there OR yo my performance was really bad on this part of the game too OR hey SadCrab Team did you had performance issues on this part of the game too or is it just me AND SO ON! We get nothing to play and to test, just some news and graphics/animations (and even those come rarely).

I can't agree more with you as same $20 patron but I can't get a game to play. We are not looking for perfection and we could also help the company to polish the game while they are developing..

I recently discovered a game called something Unlimited. The game is very much like witch trainer and Princess trainer. And I was thinking you might want to look at their business model as it might help you for $5 a month you get the newest update to where they're at in the form of a playable game the game does not have sound and is missing art and they're still balancing the game mechanics and while I'm playing it I'm very much under the understanding that this is a work in progress. But I love it because they're giving me a game to play. Please take a look at them they are SunsetRiders7 and by using this business model they are bringing in over three times the amount of contributions then we are. And if you don't use their cheat menu as of right now there's easily 10 hours worth of content. And they released to the public a version of the game that is about 3 months old just to get the name out there. If you look at the rewards you promised for the $20 tear it looks like I would basically be a beta tester for you or at least receive the copy of the beta testers get but you haven't given us anything in a long long time and then you're saying the game will be done by the end of this year? You made me feel dumb for picking the $20 tear when I could have just been on the $1 all along because apparently there was no advantage two paying more
