Well, let's summarise our November. Nothing special happened in the past week. Dull stream, mountains of text, endless emotion coding and gameplay optimisation. It is hard to pin point any grand achievements, so let's just leave it at, there is progress.

As always we continue our work on fourth act and optimisation of the third one. And just as always we continue our discussion on main gameplay mechanics. For the moment Tobi focuses his efforts on creating faces for our characters, which is a process of combination of different emotions for every single dialogue line in the game. And while one would think that would make him write less text, he still believes that every line written so far is essential. Some of them could be boring, and some may not look essential, but let us assure you that they are all a part of giant web of the reality we are weaving and if your try to cut one of the threads, it all may collapse.

As for the other aspects of the game, our artist finally got his hands on all the characters left from the 1.6, soon the only thing that will remind us of the old trainer is the common part of this fictionally universe, and shards of broken dreams. We continue to take in your suggestion and making notes for the future. We also continue our discussion on the matter what system should replace current chibis. Some won't budge and want full screen art, others are willing to compromise. Debates continue. 

At the same time we continue our work on the erotic part of the game. Adjustments are made to the introduction, so that players could get better understanding from the get go. At the same time we are creating documents that will further develop the universe. Most likely they will be released in the same format as IMVOIS was, as a separate file available outside the game.

Now, as for this week's poll, it is a development of one of the previous polls. As far as we know, the industry of porn games is enormous, but even more mainstream games have erotic elements to them from time to time (just as porn games have elements of mainstream games). And so the time has come for another poll about each individual tastes: How do you see the line between porn in games and porn games compared to other genres?

1. Porn games should be separate. Prepare the scene, adjust the settings. How can you play with only one hand?

2. Porn game should fire up imagination and arouse. Not just for a fap. 

3. Porn game should have porn related goals set. It is not necessary to abandon traditional mechanics.

4. Porn game is a normal game, where sex is weapon or a currency. Steal - kill - convince - satisfy.

5. Just adding porn to the mix of normal game should suffice. Either you should get your way with the fan-service character in the end or it should not be there all together.

6. Sex should be just a part of normal social conduct within the game. Not a necessity, but an option.

 Подведем итоги середины ноября. Ничего особенно интересного за неделю не произошло. Вялый стрим, горы текста, вставка бесконечных эмоций и оптимизация геймплея. Обозначить существенные изменения трудно, остается только ограничиться словом “продвинулись”

Всё так же кодится четвертый акт и оптимизируется третий. Всё так же происходит обсуждение основных игровых механик. Мои силы брошены на моськи и те, кто считают, что я много пишу и меня некому ограничить, пусть знают: я подбираю руками к каждой реплике каждого персонажа выражение лица, состоящее из четырех переменных. Я уже миллион раз ловил себя на мысли повырезать к чертовой матери половину. Но пробегая в очередной раз по фронту работы я понимаю, что лишних диалогов нет. Есть скучные, есть спорные, но каждый из них - как та дощечка, вынув которую, башня рискует просто рухнуть, равно как и восприятие персонажа.

На данный момент руки нашего художника дотянулись до каждого персонажа, оставшегося от 1.6, в скором времени от тренера останется только общая часть общей вселенной, да осадок от разбитых надежд (да спасет их Феодосий). Мы продолжаем учитывать пожелания и ставим заметки на будущее. Всё еще обсуждается альтернатива чибикам. Кто-то строго на стороне полноэкранных картинок, кто-то согласен на какие-то более умеренные альтернативы. Пока дебаты всё ещё ведутся.

Между тем, клубничка пишется и пишется. Вносятся переработки во вступительный сюжет, чтобы лучше и точнее подать происходящее. Также параллельно пишутся дополнительные документы, нацеленные на расширение вселенной. Скорее всего, подаваться они будут так же, как и ПИМНИТ - отдельным файлом внутри игры или вне.

Темой сегодняшнего голосования стало очередное идейное продолжение одного из старых голосований. Насколько мы знаем, индустрия порноигр велика, но эротика так или иначе просачивается в обычные игры (равно как и элементы обычных игр просачиваются в игры про порно). И снова мы стартуем голосование по вкусовщине: как вы видите границу порно в играх и порно игр по сравнению с другими жанрами?
