““The Heart of Sirius" is named for one of the three “Sons of the Wolf Mother”, Sirius. Unlike his infamously warring brothers, Sirius was fascinated by the mystic arts, and formed an esoteric cult around the worship of the stars.
This amulet, made from gleaming silver and the supposed “heart of one such star, is said to imbue the wearer with strange, mystical abilities.”
Bright Star - While attuned to this necklace, any spells you cast that deal Radiant damage, deal an additional die of Radiant damage.
Bloodmoon - Whenever you kill a creature of Challenge Rating 1 or higher, the Heart of Sirius gains 1 charge. As an action, you can expend charges from the amulet to regain a spell slot equal to the number of charges spent.
The amulet can hold a maximum number of charges equal to your Proficiency modifier and loses all charges at sunrise.
