It appears to be related to the "cut" at around 11:33 in the video. After Scully has her dream with the rabbit in the basement, her cellphone wakes her up, and she hears Melissa's voice again, once more telling her "she needs your help" and "go to her". Scully then visits Sim's residence late at night and talks to the father, while also noticing the strange two men (his "lawyers") being in the house, who keep reappearing in the episode. Afterwards she goes to the police station and has a lengthy conversation with Detective Kresge, where she also borrows a little picture of Emily. At Bill Scully's house later, she goes to the bookshelves and pulls out photo albums, goes through one of them, pauses on a page where Melissa is around the same age as Emily, and compares that picture to Emily's picture, realizing they look identical. That's what actually causes her to do more digging. Your video continues after all of that happens, with Scully looking up "Records of Live Births" at the laptop. It's quite unfortunate this stuff is missing, because otherwise it's a very enjoyable reaction to a very powerful episode. Hopefully the next part will be complete. Cheers, and Happy Birthday.
