2023-08-05 19:19:25 +0000 UTCOh awesome! Wasn't aware you hadn't seen it yet. If your tastes are anything like mine and at least sci-fi wise they seem to be, you'll love it. And yeah - sucks about the watch order, as one or two things are spoiled for the first episode this way, but it's not the biggest deal. The first time I watched this, I didn't watch the last episode for an entire year so that it wouldn't end for me. 😂 I'm just now catching up to everything after not really watching much on here the past few weeks as I've gotten really, really into Star Trek Online. 😐 Don't know why I never played it before - the game's been out forever. But I found out most of the actors came back to do their voices for the game, particularly DS9 and Voyager people, so.. I had to check it out and now I'm basically obsessed.

2023-06-05 14:09:01 +0000 UTCOk, finally diving into this show. I've been hearing for 2 decades that I've got to watch it but just never got around to it. I was expecting the space western vibe, and it works pretty well so far. Obviously I see all the comments about watch order, but I'm sure this little hiccup won't affect the experience much. But yeah, I'm on board with this. 1 more show knocked off the bucket list. Also since you just reacted to that(funny enough I was also pointing out Serenity showing up in BSG just yesterday), I noticed the combat uniforms from Starship Troopers got reused here by the alliance troops. I wasn't 100% but I checked and yeah, they reused the costumes.
