Shame about Elyan, but at the same time it's refreshing to see serious consequences stick for a change. I guess we'll see where this whole Gwen story goes. Not sure if it's going to be one of those "resolved by the next ep" kind of things, or if it'll play into the endgame of the series. Overall this kind of felt like filler a little bit. I'm mostly just looking forward to when they really start leading into the finale as I've never seen how Merlin ends.
