He's also just not allowed to like something that ''most'' fans like. I personally am not a fan of this four parter either. I appreciate what they were trying to do, but it's just simply not my thing.

2021-11-25 01:00:55 +0000 UTCI also wanted to add, giving it further thought, it explains why Angel wasn't there at the end of Season 5 for buffy, he was in another dimension, didn't know what was happening. So that explains his absence from that situation going on.

2021-11-24 17:35:22 +0000 UTCThank you for the reaction, I finally watched all 4 videos, now we are caught up. I'm a little surprised you didn't dig the Pylea storyline so much. For me, I see so many cool things about it. One, it gets our team away from LA for a long time and we are in a completely new setting, that's pretty cool. We also get a 4 parter here, a 4 parter, that's rare, it's like a mini-series, so that's cool. We also get all the backstory on Lorne, so that's cool. Also, we see each team member get to shine and confront their issues they were having before they left LA. In addition, we get Fred, she is very beloved amongst fans. This 4 parter is well received among fans. Maybe you just weren't having a good day? Anyway, this was a unique ride. Now I can't wait to see where it goes from here.

2021-11-22 23:21:24 +0000 UTCI might be the only person who doesn't like her much lol. I just feel like there was a theme with the Angel cast being lost, jaded souls who had a hard time connecting with the world, and she's just so damned cheerful. She feels more like a Buffy character.

2021-11-22 11:10:38 +0000 UTCDunno if I've ever seen you do a quad upload before, at least not for a full hour show. Personally I rather liked this 4 part story. Really great arc to finish the season off on, and it was a good palate cleanser for the remaining tension from Angel's rift with the team earlier in the season. I'm glad he actually had that talk about why he fired them. I feel like that conversation cleared the air a lot. I also am just fine with the more easy going tone of this finale, to contrast with the rather depressing end of Buffy S5. Also there was a lot of ground covered here, from fleshing out Lorne and his backstory(as well as giving him a name), to the reveal of Wolf, Ram, and Hart, to introducing this whole other dimension to the show. Not to mention really highlighting how far Wesley has come. Also Fred is just the most adorable little nerd, with that southern accent and everything. We'll have to see what happens with her character going forward, but given she was heading back with Angel and company at the end she'll presumably be a recurring character at least. It's likely she still has family though, as it's only been 5 years. Kinda worried about Cordelia though. It's noble she is willing to keep the visions to help people, but it keeps getting pointed out that they're killing her. She's gonna have to ditch them eventually. And yeah, for an episode that had so much humor in it, Willow sitting there at the end was like getting hit by a bag of bricks. Looking forward to S3 and to see how BtVS moves into S6.
