Glad you noticed the Cordy development, and troubles with visions it seems she's having due to being human. I think we've seen Cordy really develop a lot since Buffy, she's a perfect example of a character who has great character development in a series. So yeah, Lindsay is gone, I wonder if we'll ever see him again. And looks like Lillah is on the fast track upwards.

2021-10-27 02:37:03 +0000 UTCIt should be no surprise that Lindsey is as good at singing and playing guitar as he is. Christian Kane has his own band(Kane) that started back in 1998. It's was pretty fun seeing him team up with Angel. It's like him having to work with his high school bully. The immaturity from both was hilarious. He does seem to have had a bit of a change of heart taking out that "body bank". We'll see if it sticks. Personally don't find Lilah as interesting as an antagonist, she's more of a typical W&H lawyer, doesn't have the same flair. Also poor Cordelia. I was thinking the whole episode "can nobody get her an ice pack?". Team is back together and starting to really find their groove again at least. I'm glad Cordelia's "we aren't friends" bit didn't last too long, even if he would have deserved it. Still, he's been so focused on winning her back, but he also has to make it up to Gunn and Wes. He did them dirty too.

2021-10-26 16:06:29 +0000 UTCThe moment Gunn finds out Harmony is a vampire... and his face slowly changes "... don't we kill em anymore?". Best delivery of any line of the whole show. Also, you mentioned how this was your favorite Harmony episode of the whole Buffyverse... and I agree. It's not just her though... many of the characters from Buffy are a better version of themselves when they appear on Angel. Harmony, Faith, Wesley, even Angel himself... the only character that doesn't follow that rule imo is Buffy, who is definitely the WORST version of herself when she's shown up here.

Mercedes Mcnab really steals the show in the best way, and I love the shades of grey she brings to the vampire mythos, and it makes total sense to me that she returns to cordy here. I always saw vampirism in the show as in part, as taking the parts of your personality you were most ashamed or guilty of and letting them run rampant without your conscience, and I think Harm is a perfect example. She was always a follower, afraid to make her own decisions, and becoming a vampire took that to a new level, drawing her into putting up with spike's constant abuse and then as soon as she loses him, running back to her original leader. Even going against her bloodlust and "evil" nature because she would rather follow someone good than nobody at all.
