I think she knew there was something between them but also knew that he was still too hung up on her to go for it so she kinda gave him her blessing in a roundabout way. my favorite part from the ethics episode was Jim timing Dwight. never fails to make me LOL

2021-09-03 19:47:13 +0000 UTCI really liked how they showed that at the end of the day, even when Jim and Pam felt like they were a little out of sync, they were actually still very much in sync, by calling each other at the exact same time and talking about the exact same topics. Between that and the Michael/Holly hug, we got a very sweet final few minutes for that episode.
