idk what this says about me but anytime Andy gets hurt it makes me happy lol but in all seriousness, I loved the character moments in the Job Fair episode, especially the ones surrounding Dwight and Angela because we really get to see what kind of people they are. despite their quirks, you can tell they really love their job and really respect the order and rules that come along with that. to me, that really showcases how perfect they are for each other, even if they can't see it right now.

2021-08-02 10:16:51 +0000 UTCPam has some great joke deliveries in Job Fair but Did I Stutter is definitely the stand-out of the pair. Jim and Pam do have a couple very sweet moments in Job Fair but for the most part I prefer Stanely's episode, especially since he gets so few comparatively.

2021-08-02 06:16:54 +0000 UTCI think the important thing to take away from the Jim storyline in "Job Fair" was that it was a stepping stone in his plans to propose and begin the next phase of his life. He was ready to give up until he got Pam's phone call, which reminded him what he was doing this for. Like he said, he's actually trying now, which is actually a solid development for Jim, almost like he's leveling up in adulthood.

Behind the scenes info: They only had one shot at the concrete gag, so they told Steve to keep his face down for as long as possible to ensure a good imprint. They did NOT tell that part to the rest of the cast. So when everyone suddenly reaches to pull him up, it was because they were all worried he was really stuck.
