It seems like we are now finally into the real deep lore building of the series here with this three parter. The Scarran's seem like they might be important. We finally learn that Scorpius is half Scarran half Sebacean, that's why maybe he has to use that cooling rod in his head. Remember, the Peacekeepers don't like inter-breeding, so I can't imagine that went well. I just wanted to point those interesting things out.
