michael was always more into jan than she was him. she was esentially just using him (offering to pay him hundreds of dollars for sex), never came to him, always expected him to come to her. she's not a very emotionally stable person and she always flip-flopped between him. she would want nothing to do with him and talk down to him, then grab him and kiss him. he convo of her ignoring his safe word is also a huge red flag and showcases she really does not care about his well-being but rather what she can get out of him. the way he handled the flashing situation was so cringey but i feel like he really tried to redeem himself. he still goes about things all wrong, but his heart really is in a good place. i'm not fond of pam's "prank" this episode, though it had it's moments (ie: jim finding the poster and saying how cool it was and that moment of admiration for her. sometimes their dwight pranks make me a bit uncomfy, this one included.
