One of my favourite all-time episodes! FUN FACT: the little girls playing the creepy twins in this episode are the sisters of famous YouTuber Tati. They even appear on her videos sometimes.

2020-12-13 13:10:03 +0000 UTCEven though I haven't seen this episode is probably 25 years, that one line where the Eve in the cell said "she is me and I am her, and we are all together" was so creepy in it's delivery that when I watched this reaction, it was like I'd seen the episode yesterday. I think S1 ep20 was the first or one of the first XF eps I ever saw so I remember it really well, and 21 is creepy as hell. Looking forward to both.

2020-11-21 00:38:29 +0000 UTCThis is one of the S1 eps that stuck with me. A little less paranormal than usual, just eugenics and psychotic kids. But yeah the kids did a great job. You gotta admire how smart they were playing into Mulder's belief that alien abductions were involved talking abut red lightning and men from the clouds. Good play by Mulder having Scully drive off to draw them out. Also the doctor at the clinic was played by the same guy who played king Pyrus in the SG1 episode Need, and the actor who played the first girls father was also a soldier in the last SG1 ep you watched(New Ground). 3 more minor guest stars from later in the series were in this episode as well.
