Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but once you're past season 3 there's a playthrough of the X-Files PlayStation game on YouTube. Really catches the atmosphere of the show perfectly. Loved it at the time. 🙂

2020-10-17 09:59:05 +0000 UTCI don’t watch stargate. I don’t see what the fuss is about actors appearance in different shows. It’s their job. Yes this was a minor episode, but you can see the dynamic develop between Mulder and Scully. If I remember correctly, the term “ship” as short for relationship to describe the development of feelings between characters and “shippers” for the fan derived from the x-files fandom.

It's interesting to see Scully trying to juggle some kind of social life with all the crazy stuff they deal with. This is definitively one of the weaker episodes this season. Oh and Mulder is 31 and Scully 29 at the start of the show

2020-10-17 05:32:04 +0000 UTCThis episode definitely seems like they padded the run time with a lot of unnecessary chase scenes. It’s a cool concept but wasn’t quite enough for that 43 minute network slot. MOTW (monster of the week) episodes do vary in quality at times. 20 some scripts a year was a lot. I think that Mulder is early 30s and Scully 30ish since she completed med school and the FBI training. Gillian Anderson was only like 24 or so though, so that may be why it seems hard to pin down.
