just for some context regarding the numbers hisoka was saying when he met the zodiacs a few episodes ago, he was rating their power levels relative to him (him being a 100). the three zodiacs he met were in the 70-80 range, while illumi was a 95, so just slightly weaker than hisoka according to hisoka.
