I wouldn't say Franky's stronger than Sanji but he's definitely more durable. And I don't understand why Jack keeps calling Sogeking Usopp. He literally told us his backstory; Sogeking is from Sniper Island and Usopp is from Syrup Village. They're completely different characters.
