2022-03-12 23:30:14 +0000 UTCSilva is playing the long game here, he's essentially playing the "good parent" to Kikyo (the mother)'s "bad parent" so Killua trusts him and makes a promise that Silva is 100% certain Killua will fail to uphold, and when that happens Killua will no longer have any excuse and will have to go back to being an assassin, Silva is in a sense giving him a fair chance but is still betting on things turning out the way he wants them to.
