I can’t believe how weak they made Naruto and Sasuke I feel like they are way past their prime but even if they are they still wouldn’t be this bad. And it’s not just them Anko too as you said and a few others.
2021-08-19 20:43:25 +0000 UTCyou should consider Anko is enjoying her retirement from missions and she isn't in shape anymore, no urgency 'cause peace and no clan duty/high responsability or big dreams to bound her on the shinoby lifestyle either like for example the kage/sannin or clan elders. She probably underestimated the bandits because they weren't shinobi and didn't expected a ninja tools since they aren't that common yet. While would be cooler if she kept training, speaking in term of a person living her own life and not as a fictional character, while getting older isn't strange to retire either and become rusty.
